The Floral Design and Marketing program at ATI is a distinctive program that few universities have. The program is housed in the flower design lab and is complete with a classroom and studio, a prep room and an on-campus retail floral shop run by students.
Students spend about six hours each week working with flower arrangements in the classroom. The prep room is used to process silk and fresh cut flowers, and store tools of the trade like vases and foam. They even photograph their work for a professional portfolio. Such hands-on training provides a real leg up at graduation time.
