Just four miles from ATI’s central campus is 1,700 acres of agricultural teaching and demonstration laboratory land, which is also a working farm. The farm includes dairy cattle, beef cattle, goat, swine and an equine herd, as well as a crops enterprise. The farm lab also includes a grain handling facility, farm shop, equipment storage barns and numerous demonstration areas.

These individual enterprises support ATI's undergraduate students and their respective career aspirations. Students and staff members are responsible for running all of the enterprises. About 18 faculty members are involved in providing experiential learning to ATI students.
