Waterman Farm in Columbus is home to a state-of-the-art turfgrass research facility, located on the west campus of The Ohio State University. The 7,000-square-foot facility was financed by the Ohio Turfgrass Foundation and provides students, faculty and staff with a topnotch facility to conduct research.
The facility is part of a diverse education, research and outreach program and is used by the Ohio State Turfgrass Science Team, Department of Horticulture & Crop Science, Department of Entomology, Department of Plant Pathology and the School of Environmental and Natural Resources. Hundreds of turfgrass professionals from across the state gather at Waterman each summer to hear about the latest industry trends.
